SEALCOATING
Sealcoating protects and prolongs the life expectancy of asphalt pavement by filling surface damage and providing a protective layer to keep out damaging UV rays, vehicle fluids, and water.
We use Neyra Asphalt Emulsion Pavement Sealer which can be applied either by blush/squeegee and or sprayed on the surface of your driveway or parking lot.

​ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
Contains less than 0.1% Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon (PAH) content. It is also a low VOC, nonflammable
coating that contains no coal tar or emits obnoxious odors.

FAST DRY & CURING
Higher solids, polymer modified asphalt emulsion allows for a faster cure, opening to traffic faster.

PROTECT & BEAUTIFY
Neyra AE forms a tight seal that is impenetrable to the destructive effects of sun, water and chemicals
giving your pavement a deep black long-lasting color.

TOUGH & DURABLE
Neyra AE is a polymer modified, mineral reinforced asphalt emulsion blended with emulsifiers and surfactants for superior durability, adhesion and flexibility.
HOT CRACK FILLING
Filling cracks in existing pavement is the single the most effective procedure that can be performed to extend its lifecycle. By filling and sealing cracks water is prevented from penetrating beneath the asphalt surface where it causes the majority of distresses and failures by weakening the base and sub-base. Unsealed cracks also allow sand, dirt and other non-compressible substances to enter the cracks which interferes with the expansion and contraction of the pavement. This simple procedure is the most cost effective pavement maintenance technique and one that can greatly extend the life of asphalt pavement.
